Each plan includes a monthly estimate volume. Volume above it is billed at the overage rate. Volume is measured on the line-item subtotal of each estimate, before taxes and before overhead and profit.

Example
A month with $120,000 in estimates on the $100,000 plan: $800 for the plan, plus 1.0% of the $20,000 over the plan volume ($200), for a total of $1,000.

How is my monthly volume measured?
On the line-item subtotal of each estimate we write for you that month, before taxes and before overhead and profit.
What happens if I go over my plan volume?
Volume above your plan is billed at the plan's overage rate, from 0.8% to 1.0% depending on the plan. Above $500,000 a month, we set custom pricing.
Can I order a single estimate without a plan?
Yes. Estimate-only work is a $250 base fee plus 1% of the estimate total over $5,000. For example, a $10,000 estimate is $300 and a $50,000 estimate is $700.
Do you write supplements?
Yes. Supplements and reinspections for missed or newly found damage are part of what we estimate, documented and priced line by line.
Do you order measurement reports?
Yes, when a job needs one. Hover, EagleView and GAF QuickMeasure reports are priced per report.
Do you work with contractors outside Idaho and Arizona?
Yes. Estimating services are available nationwide. Public adjuster representation is a separate service, available in Idaho and Arizona.
