Serving Idaho and Arizona · Public adjuster and insurance agent Your insurer has an adjuster. You should have one too.

After fire, water, wind or storm damage, we work for you, not the insurance company. We document the loss, build the claim and negotiate until the settlement reflects the real cost of repair.

Estimates start at $250. Claim and appraisal fees depend on the scope of work, starting at $750. Free consultation, no obligation. You are never required to hire a public adjuster.

Three things to do in the first 48 hours

  1. Stop further damage: shut off water, tarp the roof, board openings. Keep every receipt.
  2. Photograph and video everything before cleanup. Do not throw damaged items away yet.
  3. Report the loss, then call us before you give a recorded statement or accept an offer.

Why it matters

The company adjuster works for the company.

Policies are long, deadlines are strict and scope estimates are easy to get wrong. A public adjuster reads your policy, measures the full loss and presents the claim the way the carrier's own team would, on your side of the table.

Insurance company adjuster

Employed or hired by the carrier. Writes the estimate the carrier will pay. Often one visit, one scope.

Public adjuster

Hired by you. Documents every room, reads the policy, files the claim and negotiates to a fair number.

Without help

Missed line items, low estimates and short deadlines. Many owners accept the first offer.

With us

A complete scope, a supported claim package and one person handling the carrier for you.

How we work with you

Experience on your side at every stage of the claim.

Some clients need full representation. Others need one piece: a second estimate, an inspection, or documentation to back up a demand. We work either way.

  • Comparative estimates that set your scope beside the carrier's, line by line
  • Supplements and reinspections for missed or newly found damage
  • Roof and exterior scopes built from measurements and photos

How it works

Five steps from the first call to a check in hand.

  1. Free review

We read your policy and the carrier's letters and tell you where you stand.

  2. Sign and start

You sign a written contract that spells out your fee and cancellation rights. We then notify the carrier.

  3. Inspect and document

Room-by-room inspection, photos, measurements and a full contents inventory.

  4. File and negotiate

We submit a supported claim, answer the carrier's questions and negotiate the scope.

  5. Settle and rebuild

You review the settlement, then choose your own contractor to make repairs.

More on how it works

Fees

Fees that match the scope of the work.

Two kinds of work, two fee structures. Your exact fee is set out in a written contract before we begin.

Section 1

Claim support

Representation, inspections, appraisal and adjuster services. Your fee depends on the scope of the claim.

Claim services start at$750
RCV policies: share of the amount over the insurer's initial estimateup to 15%

Other percentage-based work, up to20%
Appraisal services$750
Umpire services and argumentation$500 to $2,000

Umpire fees depend on how much argumentation your appraisal requires. Idaho bars a percentage fee if the insurer commits to pay policy limits within 72 hours. Arizona has its own fee rules.

Questions

What owners ask us first.

See all questions

Do I need a public adjuster?

Not every claim does. Small, clear losses often settle fine alone. Large, disputed or complex losses are where an adjuster tends to matter most. You are never required to hire one, and we will tell you honestly which yours is.

Can you help after the insurer has already made an offer?

Yes, in most cases. Send us the estimate and the denial or offer letter and we will review the gaps. Policy deadlines still apply, so do not wait.

Will hiring you raise my premiums or upset my insurer?

Carriers work with public adjusters every day. Filing a valid claim through a representative is your right as a policyholder.

Do you also do the repairs?

You choose your own contractor. We do not select or direct who does your repairs, and we disclose in writing any financial interest we have in a repair or construction firm, as state law requires.

Can I cancel after I sign?

Yes. Your contract spells out your cancellation rights, which vary by state. In Idaho you have three business days after signing to cancel by written notice.

How long does a claim take?

It depends on the size of the loss and the carrier. Many settle within a few months; larger or disputed claims take longer. We keep you updated at each stage.
