Public adjuster for wind, hail and roof claims
Hail and wind damage is easy to undercount from the ground. We document the roof slope by slope, measure every side of the building and price the repair the way it will actually be built.
What the claim covers
A storm rarely damages only the roof. We look at every surface the wind and hail could reach.
What often gets missed
An estimate may approve one or two slopes. We document all of them so the whole roof is considered.
Current building codes and manufacturer instructions can require items the old roof did not have. Your policy decides how they are paid.
Dents on vents, gutters and air conditioner fins help show hail size and direction, and they belong in the claim too.
Some policies pay roofs at actual cash value or on a schedule based on age. We read that language before the claim is filed.
What to do now
As your public adjuster, we inspect and photograph every slope and elevation, use measurement reports when the job needs them and build the scope in Xactimate. Then we present the claim and negotiate it for you, including repair versus replacement.
