We explain your policy, deadlines and next steps, and help you file the claim correctly. A good fit if you plan to handle the claim yourself but want to understand it first.
Representation in your claim
As your licensed public adjuster, we deal with the carrier for you from inspection through settlement. We document the loss, prepare the claim, meet the carrier's adjuster and negotiate the scope and price. Your fee and cancellation rights are set out in a written contract before we begin.
Third-party consulting
Attorneys, contractors and property managers can bring us in for an independent scope, pricing or claim review, written up so you can use it in your own work.
Comparative estimates
We price the loss ourselves and set it beside the carrier's estimate so every gap is visible: missing items, quantities and prices, line by line.
Inspections
Room-by-room damage inspections with photos, measurements and written findings. Useful before a claim is filed, before the carrier's inspection, or when damage was missed.
Appraisals
Support through your policy's appraisal process when you and the carrier agree the loss is covered but disagree on the amount of loss.
Claim support and substantiated demands
Documentation, estimates and a clear narrative that back up your demand for payment. Every number ties back to photos, measurements and pricing the carrier can check.
